The Gurugram-based real estate development firm Aranyaka will soon launch three premium second-home projects in Rajasthan, Goa, and Himachal Pradesh, totaling a cost of around Rs 1,400 crore. The premium residential homes will be developed across picturesque locations in the three mentioned states. The realty firm aims to redefine luxury second-home living with nature-integrated, high-end designs.
Project Vision and Investment
Aranyaka Realty will be investing a total of Rs 1,400 crores in developing the three residential projects in Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Goa. The company would invest Rs 300 crore over the next three years for land acquisition, infrastructure development and construction of housing units and other planned retreats.
Aranyaka, which was founded by seasoned professionals with deep real estate experience, entered full-time development in 2022. The co-founders Biju Menon and Aditya Kakar aim to create second-homes that blend modern amenities, tranquility, scenic beauty and comfort to cater to the growing demand for premium vacation retreats.
The residential project by Aranyaka will be developed sustainably with nature-inspired architecture and amenities.
