Aranyaka to launch Rs 1,400-cr second-home projects in Rajasthan, Goa
Gurugram-based real estate developer Aranyaka is set to launch three premium second-home projects worth over Rs 1,400 crore across Rajasthan, Goa, and Himachal Pradesh. These projects will cater to a growing segment of buyers seeking nature-integrated, high-quality living.
"In a bid to expand Aranyaka’s footprints, two fresh projects, Sway in Naugaon near Alwar in Rajasthan and Socorro in North Goa, are set to be launched soon. The Himachal Pradesh project will be launched in January–March 2026," said Aditya Kakar, Co-founder of Aranyaka.
The Rajasthan project will feature a mix of plots and farmhouses, while the Goa venture will comprise 26 ultra-luxury villas priced at around Rs 12.5 crore each. Together, the three projects are expected to generate over Rs 1,400 crore in revenue. Aranyaka plans to invest Rs 300 crore over the next three years toward land acquisition, infrastructure, and construction.
Co-founder Biju Menon emphasised the company’s ethos: “Second homes are not just about escaping the city, but about reconnecting with yourself in a space that feels peaceful, rooted, and real.” Aranyaka currently owns 180 acres across four offerings with over 200 plots.
